508 Complex case of mycosis fungoides – possible treatment with imiquimod

We are presenting the case of a 54-year-old female patient, smoker, known with mycosis fungoides since 2007, certain diagnosis 2014, currently being treated acitretin 40 mg per day, who was referred first to our Clinic for presence generalized facial eruption constituted by well-defined erythematous tumour plaques and placards, histopathological picture compatible lymphoma. Soon she developed tumours ulcerations, purulent secretions serohematic crusts on surface, pruritus scratching lesions. decided treat Imiquimod cream five days week two pause lesion located at level right shoulder, favourable surprising evolution. A puncture-biopsy performed left submandibular lymphadenopathy, appearance aggressive non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, reason why hematologist cared patient initiate COP regimen.
